Tender Description
Yarriambiack Shire Council are seeking suitably qualified contractors to undertake all works associated with the construction and installation of a Modular Changeroom facility at the Beulah Recreation Reserve (Deakin Street, Beulah).
The project will see the construction of a new Modular Changeroom built in accordance with Netball Victoria’s Local Level Facility Guidelines, with the inclusion of a Social Room from the Association Level Facility Guidelines. The project has been developed to achieve the required compliance standards of both Netball Victoria and Tennis Victoria.
The intended outcome of the project is to provide purpose-built Female Friendly and Accessible Changing Facilities and Supporting Amenities (including social spaces) at the Beulah Recreation Reserve (Deakin Street, Beulah) courtside to the current Netball and Tennis Courts.
The total budget for this project is $675,000 (excluding GST).
All tenderers must attend a mandatory site visit. Site visits can be arranged by contacting the Project Manager as noted at Item 3, Part 1 (Conditions of Participation).
Submissions close 4.00pm on Tuesday 2 March 2021 and must be lodged and fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
