This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The request seeks to engage experienced providers to provide additional capability in the IT PMO’.
We require a multi-pronged approach to be run simultaneously. In the first stream we require a team to be brought onboard, reporting to the existing PMO Director, and with the existing team members, to deliver the (blended) PMO as a Service, this is required to bolster the existing team’s capability and capacity to deliver organisational requirements.
The other stream of this engagement is a maturity assessment that will provide a series of recommendations to improve the PMO based on our environment and current pain points. The recommendations will inform the PMO delivery roadmap stream outlined above.
