Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the Hard & Green Waste Collection, Transport & Disposal Service.
This tender is for the collection, transportation and disposal of Hard & (Bundled) Green Waste components of the Waste Collection Service for the City of Stonnington.
Council intends to enter into a new contract for a “blanket” based service, whilst retaining an option to change to a booked “On-call” service should Council resolve to do so during the contract period. Council is proposing to:
1. Enter into a new contract commencing in September 2021. The first collection under this contract will be a “blanket” based hard waste and bundled green waste collection in spring 2021. The contract will run for 3 years, with two further one-year options.
2. Retain a contract option to change from a blanket service, to a booked service, should it resolve to do so during the contract period.
