1. Completed $25m contract value or greater in indoor stadium construction. (One testimonial from
previous client attached) Pass/Fail
2. Possess Third party certification in OHS, QMS & EMS (certificates attached) Pass/Fail
3. Possess Commercial Builder unlimited/Limited Registration Pass/Fail
4. Meet insurance requirements Pass/Fail
5. Attended Tender briefing Pass/Fail
Jubilee Park is one of Frankston’s premier regional open space reserves. It comprises netball, cricket and football facilities and is located alongside the Frankston Aboriginal Gathering Place and Frankston RSL Club.
The existing netball facilities at Jubilee Park are currently occupied by Frankston District Netball Association (FDNA) and comprise of two indoor courts, stadium along with a standalone clubhouse, public toilet block, and 13 outdoor courts. The current indoor courts
do not comply with Netball Victoria’s minimum facility provision standards and the stadium is currently at capacity.
The Jubilee Park Master Plan recommends an additional indoor netball court, show court facilities for FDNA as well as female friendly facilities to support the expansion of women’s football and cricket. The redevelopment of Jubilee Park Stadium (Project) has been scoped
to include a multipurpose area that could be used by numerous user groups including the FDNA, basketball, football and cricket club tenants at Jubilee Park.
To date, a planning permit has been obtained and design documentation has been completed for the Project.
