Be part of ChromeFest 2021

⁠⁠⁠ChromeFest has become NSW’s largest rock ‘n’ roll and rockabilly festival paying tribute to American classics and hot rod cars.

2021 will bring with it some exciting changes and we will be delivering a COVID-safe live event in Memorial Park, The Entrance. The weeklong festivities kick off on Monday 18 October at local venues across the coast including live bands, dance lessons, 50s trivia night and the Pinup competition, all leading to the main event on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 October.

Advertise in the ChromeFest 2021 program
We are seeking EOIs to showcase your business by advertising in the ChromeFest 2021 program.

Secure your ad in the official ChromeFest full colour program:

• Minimum of 5,000 copies printed and distributed
• Program featured online at least 10 weeks prior to the event giving your organisation great brand exposure. The sites in which the program will feature are below:
• Official ChromeFest website
• Central Coast Council
• Destination NSW
• Love Central Coast
• Car related websites
• Plus, more
• Program featured on the official ChromeFest Facebook page
• QR codes displayed on all marketing material, linking straight to the official program.

All ads submitted for publication must be print-ready
We print full colour ads as well as black and white

Organise the ChromeFest Pinup competition
We are seeking EOIs to facilitate a Pinup competition to be held as part of the ChromeFest 2021 program.

ChromeFest dates: 23 & 24 October

The organisation would be responsible for the end to end management of the competition including, but not limited to;

• Heats held on the Friday evening and Saturday afternoon inside a nominated venue.
• Crowing of the Pinup winner to be held at the live event on Sunday, on the Unity Bank Stage at Memorial Park, The Entrance.
• Manage all registrations
• Supplying prizes
• Working closely with CCC Event Officers to deliver the competition as part of the event, and to supply all relevant documentation including risk assessments, public liability and other required documentation.
• All required equipment and transfers for competitors and staff if applicable.

All fees from the entrant’s to be taken by the successful applicant.

Eligibility

• Applicants must have had prior experience in Pinup competitions.
• Applicants must have capacity to competently deliver the competition in a professional and safe manner, with a delivery plan outlined in the Expressions of Interest submission.
• Applicants must have public liability insurance cover of up to $20 million.

• A written submission will then need to be supplied.
