This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The department is seeking a highly skilled, motivated and experienced Business Analyst to work within a technology business engagement team responsible for the department’s export documentation system - NEXDOC. Through developing close working relationships with a range of stakeholders, you will be responsible for:
• Leading and managing analysis activities, including identifying and documenting requirements, managing issues, and facilitating workshops with user groups to understand business need, problems, issues, and opportunities
• Eliciting, representing, validating and prioritising Business, User and System requirements with input from requirements suppliers and requirements receivers
The successful candidate will be required to liaise with other analysts, testers, architects, senior systems users, participating staff and external suppliers to efficiently deliver high quality work.
