Tender Description
This tender seeks to engage a team of relevant consultants to develop an Accommodation Services Precinct Master Plans (ASPMP) for our three accommodation services precincts. The ASPMP will provide a masterplan that considers our our environment, activities and infrastructure win addition to identifying appropriate revenue generating projects and responding to the key issues in our Coastal Marine and Management Plan. This consultancy will require close partnering between the Principal Consultant, its sub-consultants and the BCCM.
