Project Objectives:
The project objectives are to:
• Construct a new female friendly pavilion that includes:
- Four unisex players change rooms
- Two unisex referee change rooms
- Male, female and accessible toilets
- Multi-purpose room to seat 150 people
- Commercial kitchen and kiosks
- Dedicated storerooms
- First Aid rooms.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant Australian regulations and codes.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and in an environmentally responsible manner with full regard to the hazardous materials present at the site.
Pre-tender site inspection
A pre-tender site inspection is advised. Tenderers are expected to familiarise themselves with the site and existing conditions prior to submitting their tender
