Council invite companies to download tender documentation and submit a tender for the abovementioned contract.

The scope of works for this contract include the following over three (3) sites: demolition of existing site, earthworks and fine trimming, fencing, furniture, play equipment and edging.
Construction of new junior and senior play space and associated landscape works, concrete paths, drinking fountain, furniture, rubber soft fall, a picnic shelter, rocks, logs, garden beds, supply and installation of plants including a 13-week maintenance of site.
All works shall be completed in accordance with the documents provided in the Schedule of Attachments.
