This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The role is required to have:
• Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of business analysis skills and techniques; and
• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst and will plan, supervise or lead where necessary.
Core skills include the ability to:
• Supervise a team of BAs to ensure timely delivery of high quality work;
• Provide support to senior executive and management stakeholders;
• Identify and achieve strategic initiatives;
• Work independently or in a team to resolve complex situations;
• Apply and guide the project on the adoption of the Australian government’s Digital Service Standard (DSS), service design and delivery process where necessary; and
• Produce relevant architecture and analysis documentation applicable to delivering a digital service and business outcomes (which may include user services and designs, user requirements, KPIs and performance metrics, business processes and rules).
Part of the work includes contributing to BA Centre operations, such as
• Supporting strategic business engagement and project initiation;
• Pre-project analysis;
• Project change management;
• Contributing to BA capability uplift; and
• Progress the department’s ICT strategy and Enterprise Architecture.
