Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the remedial and conservation works required at Willoughby Incinerator. This project details the conservation works required in association with the planned scope of structural, security and landscape works at the lower levels of the south side of the Willoughby Incinerator. Adaption works, including new security screens and a new vehicle roller door, are included to support ongoing management and security of the building.
Briefing/Site Visit: A non-compulsory site inspection has been arranged for 8:30am Wednesday 2nd June 2021, with the Principal's Representative. Tenderers shall meet at the front of the Incinerator Cafe (2a Small St, Willoughby NSW).
Tenders are to be submitted online - OR - within a sealed envelope endorsed:
"The Chief Executive Officer - Tender for T07-2020 Willoughby Incinerator Remedial Works"
and shall be placed in the Tender Box located on Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood 2067 so as to be received in full prior to: 11am Friday 11th June 2021. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
