Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network (NWMPHN) is seeking responses from service providers currently contracted by NWMPHN to improve access to culturally responsive primary health care services for culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities in the NWMPHN region.

NWMPHN recognises that developing cultural responsiveness is an ongoing learning process and is taking a quality improvement approach to this activity. This is an excellent opportunity for existing NWMPHN providers to build capacity through a 6-month, paid quality improvement activity to help provide better care for people from CALD communities. Total funding of $500,000 is available for up to 10 service providers.
