Tender Description
Sutherland Shire Council has a requirement to select suitably qualified contractors for roofing services as detailed in Part 5 – Service Specification.
The scope of roofing services required under this agreement would include but not be limited to the supply and installtion of:
- Metal Roof Sheeting;
- Wire Roofing Mesh;
- Insulation;
- Flashings;
- Metal Fascia
- Metal Eaves;
- Skylights;
- Roof Ventilators;
- Guttering and Downpipes;
- Anchor Points (and certification); and
- Associated Hardware and Components.
- Metal wall cladding and associated hardware and components
- Tile roofing
The services to be provided must include provision of all resources, i.e., labour, plant, equipment and materials and the knowledge, care and skills to carry out works to the standards specified and any applicable legislative, WH & S and Environmental requirements, all as detailed in the tender documents.
