Tender Description
TfNSW is preparing to deliver the New England Highway bypass of Singleton to improve traffic flow, travel times and safety through the town centre by reducing traffic volumes including heavy freight. The concept design and environmental assessment of the Singleton bypass, included a preliminary investigation of utility infrastructure and impact as a result of the bypass. This included the identification of clashes with overhead and underground electrical, telecommunication cables, gas, water and sewer.
