Lake Macquarie is one of the fastest growing cities in the Hunter, and one of the largest cities in New South Wales. Lake Macquarie's population is fast approaching 200,000 and is the Hunters largest city, accounting for 37% of the Lower Hunter population. Lake Macquarie is the fourth most populous city in NSW, and the eighth most populous city in Australia and the population is expected to grow by 60,000 to 70,000 people over the next 25 years, which will create a demand for 36,500 new dwellings.
ABOUT THE REQUEST FOR TENDER
Lake Macquarie City Council is seeking appropriately qualified suppliers to provide solution designs, implementation plans, migration plans, test plans and as-built documentation to support the build and deployment of an Enterprise Voice and Call Centre Solution that integrates with teams and other collaboration business applications.
Lake Macquarie City Council conducted an internal review of its current voice platform, processes and systems and identified opportunities for improvements. For this reason, LMCC commenced a program of work to replace the current IPFX platform with a more effective, easy to use and fit for purpose solution (Telephony & Call Centre) that will enable an omni channel experience for both the operator and customer.
