This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The department is seeking to engage appropriately skilled resources to join a team to migrate internet facing components from two legacy DMZs into a single cloud-based DMZ utilising the department’s existing Microsoft Azure capabilities as part of an integration piece of work. A discovery and analysis across both platforms and legacy applications has been completed, with priority components / applications identified.
These resources will be required to:
• Apply appropriate standards and procedures in designing and developing the migration strategy
• Develop and migrate identified business critical applications into a single DAWE hosted DMZ environment using agile project methodology
• Provide onsite support for ongoing functions while increasing capability
• Provide training and documentation to existing staff.
The specialists will work with current in-house resources and will have expertise in:
• Senior Technology Project Manager – Full time
• WinTel Application Engineer – Full time
• Linux Engineer – Full time
• DevOps Engineer – Full time
• Technical Writer / BA – Full time
• Tester – 50%
• Enterprise Architect – 20%
• Technical Lead – Full time
• Azure Networking Specialist – Full time
This will be a time and materials contract for an initial 12 months with two (2) 12 month extension options.
The department is seeking 15 candidates per Seller across all positions indicated above.
