Port Waratah is seeking submissions from Service Providers for our Facilities Maintenance Contract.

Site Inspection
Site Inspections have been organised for each portion of the scope, Pest, Lawn, Cleaning, and Facilities Maintenance.
Site inspections commence 17 May 2021.
Attendance is mandatory. Failure to attend will see your submission overlooked.

Submissions
Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a successful Submission Receipt which will be timed and dated upon completion.
A spreadsheet has been provided for the submission of the schedule of rates information.
