Tender Description
Expression of Interest are invited from registered commercial Building Companies for the redevelopment of 200 Gillies Street North Ballarat, for the Diocese of Ballarat Catholic Education Limited.
Building works to the existing building, consist of forming of internal offices, meetings spaces and reception (Approx 1800m2) along with the addition of external facade elements and associated signage.
Registration are limited to two A4 pages and shall be received at the following address prior to 2PM on Friday 7th May 2021 ( from which a short-list of Tenderers shall be prepared)
