Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the works associated with the supply of materials and labour for the upgrade of Smoothey Park.
Proposed landscape upgrade work in Smoothey Park is located in Wollstonecraft between Milray Ave and Russell St.
Work includes demolition of existing paths, removal of grass, re-levelling of garden areas, removal of existing furniture and lighting, installation of sandstone new stair, retaining walls, garden edging, park furniture, lighting, bitumen footpaths, minor stormwater works, making good all junctions with adjoining surfaces, imported soil mixes, mulch and planting, fence repair and plant maintenance period.
Lighting upgrade is a provisional item only and subject to available funding.

Submissions in sealed envelopes marked with the quotation number 19/2021 and clearly labelled 'Smoothey Park Landscape Upgrade' must be submitted in accordance with conditions of tendering by 3.00 pm on 25 May, 2021.
