Tender Description
The project objectives are to:
• Demolish the north section of the pavilion, scorers box and cricket practice nets at Thomas P Carroll Reserve.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant Australian regulations and codes including EPA requirements.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and in an environmentally responsible manner with full regard to the hazardous materials present at the site.
The submission is to include the following:
• Tender Schedules included in the “Invitation to Tender” document
• Methodology
• Program
• Site plan
• Detail of proposed resource recovery methods
• Public Liability Certificates of Currency
• Proof of required certifications
• Supporting information on experience in delivery of similar projects
