Tender Description
Indigo Shire Council requests quotations from suitably qualified contractors for primer sealing services on a section of the Wahgunyah to Lake Moodemere Shared trail currently under Construction.
Commencement of Works
It is anticipated that the pavement will be ready for sealing from the 28th of April 2021, subject to weather and pavement dry-back. The Contractor shall advise of their general availability in this period and Council will liaise with the successful supplier to coordinate works.
Optional Pricing with Sarah St, Wahgunyah, Primerseal.
Suppliers are invited to submit a second set of proposals for these works below and those currently advertised for a 10mm Primerseal on Sarah street in Wahgunyah if they see an economy of scale in being selected for both jobs.
Suppliers should review the attached RFQ document for all details and general conditions, complete the necessary information and submit the form along with any suporting information via the eprocure system before close at 2pm on Friday 23rd April.
Quotations received later than the indicated closing time or submitted by any other means will be deeemd non-conforming and may be considered at the sole discretion of Council.
