Caravan Park Fire Safety Infrastructure Upgrades

Yarriambiack Shire Council are seeking the services of a suitably qualified plumber to submit a tender for the following project.

The project requires the installation of fire services such as static fire tanks and hose reels in the following Caravan Parks:-

• Lascelles
• Hopetoun
• Beulah
• Murtoa

Other required works include upgrades to existing infrastructure in the form of installing a tank manifold system and minor repairs to hose reels. The project scope also includes the installation of an Aerated Wastewater Treatment System with 360m2 of subsurface drip irrigation area.

The total project budget across the four sites is $95,000.

Commissioning of installed infrastructure to ensure compliance with regulations will not be part of this request for tender.
