EOI (Expressions of interest) are invited from registered builders for selection to tender for:
- OUR LADY OF LOURDES PRIMARY SCHOOL Toowoomba, NEW GLA & ADMIN PROJECT
Project: Demolition of admin building. Construction of new admin, 5 GLAs, amenities & refurb of 9 ex GLAs. Builders wishing to be considered are to be experienced in this type & scale of project and to include a list of similar works with referees and their phone numbers with EOI. Tenders called on 16th June 2021 for 4 weeks. Construction to start 20th September 2021 & to be staged over 56 weeks.
Forward EOI to the following address by Wed 21st April 2021. Selected Contractors will be provided detailed EOI questionnaire for prequalification assessment.
