Tender Description
Monash seeks to engage a strategic partner to undertake a number of precursor activities to inform the modernization of the University's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) capabilities across SAP and Callista. This activity specifically focuses on articulating the business case, refining broad spectrum requirements, defining go to market approach for selection and implementation as well as high level implementation approach. The ERP systems are business-critical systems.
This procurement is a precursor to going out to market and is not the tender to replace ERP and Callista - which will be conducted separately.
