Expressions of Interest are invited from registered builders for construction of Holy Rosary Primary School (White Hills) being the second of four development stages. The works include demolition of the existing Administration Building for the construction of a new Administration Building, landscaping and associated site works.
Registrations are to include detailed information pertaining to managerial resources, examples of similar completed projects, referees, QA, IR and OH&S.
Provide evidence of the tenderer’s financial capacity to execute the works including a copy of audited Profit and Loss accounts and Balance Sheets for the previous two years or a similar summary that accurately discloses the respondent’s true financial position.
