The Principal is seeking tenders for the supply and installation of new sports floodlighting at Ron Jose Oval (northern oval) located at Lot 18 Gray Drive, Midvale 6056.

Briefing/Site Inspection:
Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory. Tenderers are requested to attend a briefing and site inspection at 12:00PM AWST, Wednesday 24 March 2021. The location of the meeting is on the northern oval at Ron Jose Oval, Gray Drive, Midvale. The briefing and site inspection will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties prior to the Tender deadline. Please confirm your attendance at this meeting via email to tenders@swan.wa.gov.au by no later than 4:00PM AWST, Tuesday 23 March 2021. A register of attendees will be maintained for the briefing and site inspection. Tenderers must register under the business name that they intend to submit their Offer under, in order for their Offer to be considered. Failure to attend this briefing and site inspection will not render the Tenderer ineligible to respond but may compromise the quality of their Tender.
