Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Power Upgrades at Mullaloo Heights Primary School.
The Work includes but is not limited to the upgrading of the electrical infrastructure at Mullaloo Heights Primary School by installing a new Western Power substation connection, a new 630A site main switchboard, and associated underground cabling, conduits, and pits, while modifying the existing electrical systems.
Please note Works are to take place during school holiday period.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Mullaloo Heights Primary School, 27 Charonia Rd, Mullaloo on 19 Jun, 2026 11:00 AM.
A mandatory site briefing will be held at Mullaloo Heights Primary School. The location of the briefing will be 27 Charonia Rd, Mullaloo WA 6027.
