Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Design & Construct services for alterations to the central courtyard adjacent to the Malthouse Theatre 111-113 Sturt Street, Southbank, Victoria to accommodate an all-weather outdoor events/performance facility with associated theatre building alterations and maintenance.

Single-stage, select Tender under Miniserial Directions and Instructions for Public Construction Procurement through DTF Construction Services Register

Tenderers need to be Registered Builders (with a suitably qualified Design & Construct team).
