Lanco Group Pty Ltd, in conjunction with City West Water, is intending to release a Request for Tender in April 2021 for 1 Warde Street, Footscray. The project will include:
Construction of approximately 147 metres of DN200 mm ECOPUR watermain as part of 1 Warde Street, Footscray – for Bensons Pty Ltd, within the City of Maribyrnong. Contractors must be accredited with City West Water for the supply of works and services in Category WC1 (Reticulation Water Mains ≤ DN280) and R2 (Risk Overlay - High Density).
