Head Building Contractor Services - Demolition and Reconstruction (or Refurbishment) at multiple Agriculture Victoria regional sites

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions (DJPR) invites the Tenderer to submit an offer for the Head Building Contractor Services - Demolition and Reconstruction (or Refurbishment) at multiple Agriculture Victoria regional sites.

The project involves various demolition, reconstruction or refurbishment works across seven Agricultural Victoria sites in regional Victoria.

The scope of works includes demolition, disconnection of services, asbestos removals, and other refurbishment works.

Please note the following in relation to this tender:

1. Site visit Meeting invite will be provided upon confirmation of attendees. All tenderers to confirm name and email address of all attendees via email. Please submit attendees’ details by email to Procurement.WPS@ecodev.vic.gov.au mailbox. Please note that this mailbox address is only provided to submit site briefing attendees’ details. Tender Clarification Questions requests and Tender submission must be submitted via Tenders VIC portal (www.tenders.vic.gov.au (VicTenders)).

2. Tender clarification requests: All tender clarification requests must be submitted via Tenders VIC portal (www.tenders.vic.gov.au (VicTenders)). Tender clarification responses will be issued via Tenders VIC portal.

3. Tender lodgement: All tender responses must be submitted via Tenders VIC portal (www.tenders.vic.gov.au (VicTenders)). Tenderers are responsible for ensuring that tenders submitted via the internet are lodged with sufficient time to allow receipt by the Department by the closing time. Please include responses to all questions provided under Part D.

Rutherglen Site Briefing 6: Thursday 18 March 2021, 1.00 PM - 2.00 PM AEST.

Ellinbank Site Briefing 7: Friday 19 March 2021, 10.00 AM – 11.00AM AEST.
