⁠⁠⁠Western Power is a Western Australian State Government owned corporation which is responsible for building, maintaining and operating an electricity network which connects over 1.1 million customers to traditional and renewable energy sources.

The Scope

Western Power is seeking registrations of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of maintenance services in:

• HVAC
• Fire Equipment Services
• Electrical Services
• Grounds Services
• Hydraulic / Plumbing Services
• General (carpentry, handyman)

Services required under include:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance
• Reactive Maintenance
• Emergency Services (priority call outs)
• Project Works

Locations for services

The Western Power electricity network forms the majority of the South West Interconnected Network (SWIN) which together with the electricity generators, comprises the South West Interconnected System (SWIS). Western Power is seeking to establish a network of vendors to provide technical trade specific Facilities Management services across the South West Interconnected Network (SWIN).

Registration Requirements

Suppliers are required to respond to the following for the ROI submission:

• List the technical trade services you can provide (direct staff / subcontracted)
• Confirm location of head office and base of operations
• List of locations you can provide technical trades services
• If your business is an Aboriginal business, Supply Nation accredited or an Australian Disability Enterprise
• Safety, Health & Environment information to be requested as part of this exercise
