Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The City of Cockburn (The Principal) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to conduct Landscaping Maintenance Services – City Wide.

The Contract will be awarded to multiple Tenderers who best demonstrate the ability to provide Services required at a competitive advantage to the Principal for each of the following nine (9) service zones:

• Zone A: Port Coogee

• Zone B: Shoreline

• Zone C: Hammond Park

• Zone D: Aubin Grove

• Zone E: Atwell

• Zone F: Treeby

• Zone G: Jandakot / Leeming

• Zone H: City Wide: Banjup, Beeliar, Bibra Lake, Cockburn Central, Coogee, Coolbellup, Hamilton Hill, Hammond Park, Henderson, Lake Coogee, Munster, North Lake, South Lake, Spearwood, Success, Wattleup and Yangebup.

• Zone I: Cockburn ARC

Tenderers shall submit pricing for each zone they intend to tender for.

The Contractor will be required to provide all labour, plant, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, administration, travel expenses, traffic management and any other resources necessary to deliver the services as specified.

The proposed Contract shall be in place for a period of three (3) years from the date of award; with Principal instigated options to extend the period for a subsequent one (1) year period and up to an additional twelve (12) months after that, to a maximum of five (5) years.

The contract with be awarded in August 2026.

The successful Contractor shall be available to commence works by 1 September 2026.

TENDER MANDATORY SITE BRIEFING:

Attendance at this meeting is mandatory.

Failure to attend this briefing will render the Tenderer ineligible to submit a Tender.

Tenderers are required to attend a Tender briefing on:

Thursday, 28 May 2026 at 11:30am (AWST).

The location of the meeting is at: City of Cockburn Operations Centre, Wellard Street, Bibra Lake WA (Black Swan Board Room).

Note: An online site induction is required upon arrival at the operations centre - Attendees are to ensure they arrive early enough to complete.

The briefing will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties with the Principal prior to the closing of the Tender.

All attendees will be required to sign an acknowledgement register of attendance.
