Tender Description
The Department of Education and Training (Organisation) introduced the Targeted Financial Incentive (TFI) program as a result of the Victorian government funding targeted initiatives to attract more teachers. There has been a substantial amoutn of money invested directly towards attracting excellent teachers to fill hard-to-staff positions in government schools across the state and subsequently providing support required to those employees deemed eligible when settling into the new role.
The Department of Education and Training is seeking the assistance of a panel of service providers for the provision of specialised recruitment services required to attract quality teaching candidates to apply and successfully appoint to a number of targeted financial incentive teaching vacancies.
