Overview
The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) is seeking a supplier to provide specialist advisory, integration and drafting support for the development of a submission ready Second Pass Business Case (SPBC) and associated approval artefacts for the ATO's ERP Modernisation Program.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of specialist advisory, integration and drafting support for the development of the Second Pass Business Case (SPBC)
- Development of associated approval artefacts required to support the SPBC
- Consolidation of existing program deliverables, stakeholder inputs, assurance findings and approval requirements into a cohesive, evidence based investment proposal suitable for Government consideration
- Delivery of the work under ATO governance, direction and ownership
