Tender Description
1. General Description
In carrying out the Works the Subcontractor shall be responsible for:
1) Provision of Dry Hire Plant and Equipment as required;
2) Allowing for all Project and Site Inductions for all labour and supervision in excess of that provided by Coleman Rail as detailed herein, and any requisite training required; Delivery Driver induction if required
3) Project working hours will typically be a (6) day working week during the hours of 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 3pm Saturday;
4) Providing a 24 hr emergency contact telephone number for the Plant Hire's equipment, to respond to problems arising in the work area as a result of Plant breakdowns;
5) Ensuring no advertising is fixed to any part of the Site without the approval of Coleman Rail;
6) Site vehicles will require reversing cameras, squawker, flashing lights and UHF as a minimum.
7) All Plant, Equipment and Personnel will be required to comply with the requirements of 3D Safety, the projects inductions and verification of competency safety platform
8) The Subcontractor is deemed to have allowed for all statutory requirements, local laws, transport conditions, routes, local weather conditions and Site conditions that may affect them carrying out the Works.
