Tender Description
The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) is seeking quotations from Respondents for the provision of audio‐visual equipment (Equipment) and associated implementation and ongoing services (Services). As part of the initial project, the successful Respondent (Seller) will be required to:
a) supply, install and project manage the implementation of new Equipment at the AEC National Office in Canberra that meets the AEC’s requirements as identified in the Statement of Requirement (SoR); and
b) provide ongoing maintenance and support for all installed Equipment at the AEC National Office in Canberra.
The Seller should also have the ability to provide Additional Services that may include provision of Equipment and Services to other AEC Office locations within Australia. The Seller will provide the Equipment and Services through a Work Order that will be established under the DTA Digital Marketplace Panel.
