To enable access to billing and CRM capability that optimises value for money and mitigates commercial or operational risks, East Gippsland Water, South Gippsland Water and Westernport Water (The Syndicate) together are seeking to gain a detailed understanding regarding the feasibility of different business models already identified and any others not yet considered.
The Syndicate is intending to release a Request for Tender in late February to early March 2021 for a contractor to undertake a feasibility and option analysis of a utility billing and customer relationship management system.
