SCADA and Associated Services Providers

⁠⁠⁠Gippsland Water, the Client, is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced SCADA and Associated Services Providers, the Contractor, who wish to be considered for inclusion on a “Panel of SCADA and Associated Services Providers” to perform such services as specified, for the next three (3) year period commencing approximately June 2020 with the option of an additional two (2) years subject to review.

The Client expects Services executed by the “Panel of SCADA and Associated Services Providers” will comprise of numerous small and independent projects that will each require separately documented Scopes for Services and agreed Fees and Deliverables.

All Services executed by the “Panel of SCADA and Associated Services Providers” will be performed safely, efficiently and deliver highly effective, consistent and standardised designs, processes and systems.

The Core Services to be executed by the “Panel of SCADA and Associated Services Providers” will include:

• System Integration of Programmable Logic Controllers and Human Machine Interfaces
• System Integration of Remote Terminal Units
• Low Voltage Electrical Installation Works

The following ancillary services will also be executed in conjunction with one of the above core services

• System Integration of SCADA related Data Analytics Software
• Low Voltage Electrical Design

Contractor wishing to submit a tender shall have demonstrated expertise in either one or more of the core nominated service areas outlined above.

It is intended that after considering Tender submissions, the Client shall select a short list of Contractor to comprise the “Panel of SCADA and Associated Services Providers”, based on the selection criteria outlined in Part A - Tendering Conditions.

Contractor appointed to the “Panel of SCADA and Associated Services Providers” will not have exclusive rights to all the Client’s SCADA and Associated Services.
