Tender Description
The establishment of HealthShare Victoria (HSV) will build upon improvements made to Victoria’s medical consumables supply chain reform during the COVID-19 pandemic, including the establishment of a centralised procurement and supply chain for PPE and medical equipment. This reform represents a significant strengthening of Victoria’s core public sector capabilities and will provide substantial short and long-term benefits for Victoria’s health system and patients.
HealthShare Victoria will commence operations in 2021, for which the planned distribution centre needs to be operationalised. There are number of infrastructure work streams and associated activities including design, sourcing and commissioning of equipment which needs to be completed on time before the go live date.
As part of its development plan, Health Share are now exploring options for a Demountable Office / Operations Office (or equivalent) to be housed within the new distribution facility at Derrimut. (Note: a council permit is not required)
