Tender Description
The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2021-52 for the provision of Construction of Carpark and footpath at the new Eltham North Dog Park.
The works include;
Construction of the new car park and the entering ramp and footpath as per design, including earthworks, pavement, concrete works, ramps, retaining wall, drainage, signage and lining.
The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the works.
Tenderers are advised to also refer to RFT 2021-21 Eltham North Dog Park - Construction.
The Dog Park works are part of the wider project and will be happening concurrently.
It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 15 March 2021 with an intended practical completion date of 20 August 2021.
