Construction of Addition to Warracknabeal Children's Centre (Three Year Old Kindergarten Facility)

Yarriambiack Shire Council are seeking suitably qualified contractors to undertake all works associated with the construction of an addition to the Warracknabeal Children’s Centre.

The Children’s Centre is co-located in Warracknabeal’s partially completed ‘Education Precinct’ at 11 Werrigar Street, Warracknabeal with the current building being constructed in 2007.

Yarriambiack Shire Council has received funding from the State Government’s ‘Building Blocks’ program for the purpose of providing a purpose built 3 year old kindergarten facility.

Site inspections are mandatory, information relating to dates and times is detailed at Item 3, Part 1 (Conditions of Participation).

The combined total budget for this project is 750,000 - $800,000 (excluding GST).
