Panel of Leadership & Culture Service Providers

⁠⁠⁠City West Water Pty Ltd is intending to release a Request for Proposal in January 2021 for the establishment of a panel of Leadership & Culture Service providers.

From 1 July 2021, City West Water Corporation (CWW) and Western Water Corporation (WW) are integrating into a single water corporation, Greater Western Water, to better support communities in Melbourne’s fast-growing outer west. Whilst we will be trading as Greater Western Water, the legal entity contracting will remain as City West Water Corporation.

As we continue to evolve and transform through this integration, we will remain a culture led organisation where we view everyone as a leader, and as such we work at all levels of the organisation to build our cultural and leadership capability aligned to our Strategy. Our intention is to confirm and build relationships with a small number of providers who are known and trusted partners to become part of the CWW Leadership & Culture Provider Panel, pre-approved to work with us on a range of culture and leadership interventions. As the Panel is intended to be established before the end of this financial year, both CWW and WW will be able to access providers on the panel as required, until the integration of Greater Western Water from the 1 July 2021.

The scope of services required will include:

• Leadership Development at all levels
• Team Effectiveness
• Team Performance
• Team and individual Coaching
• Culture Change /Transformation
• Strategy Facilitation
