Moreland City Council is seeking Expression of Interest for the engagement of a multi discipline consultant team for the design and documentation for redevelopment of the creative and community hub at 33 Saxon Street, Brunswick.
The project entails over 2,000 sqm of public open space, multipurpose community workspaces, creative production spaces, exhibition gallery space, occasional care space and commercial tenancies.
The 33 Saxon Street Redevelopment is an opportunity to demonstrate City of Moreland’s commitment to world-leading, sustainable design. The project proposes to carbon neutrality through the design and construction phases of the project.
The project will support a variety of community, creative and commercial uses, and respond to the needs of Moreland’s growing community.
