Tender Description
The Australian National University (ANU) is seeking to enter into contract with a single Contractor to provide fully managed Learning and Meeting Space Technology (LMST) as a service (system, support, management and maintenance) in accordance with the requirements specified in the proposal.
The University is transitioning from a traditional circuit-based in-room Audio-Visual (AV) service to a packet-based net centric model where both Cloud and On-Premise solutions are harnessed. The requested fully managed Learning and Meeting Space Technology will include a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution for all management, maintenance and remote control of all AV environments included in this contract. The scope will cover all centrally managed learning and teaching environments, including VIP meeting spaces and those spaces which have an associated Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the Information Technology Service (ITS). The contract will allow for flexibility as rooms are added and removed and as hours and demand changes.
