The City of Boroondara intends to undertake a public tender process in February 2021 for a new contract starting 1 July 2021 for: The management and provision of hospitality and event services across Camberwell Civic Centre, Hawthorn Arts Centre and Kew Court House or The management and operation of the Second Empire Cafe located at Hawthorn Arts Centre or the management and provision of hospitality and event services across Second Empire Cafe, Camberwell Civic Centre, Hawthorn Arts Centre and Kew Court House.
Council will be looking to appoint a catering and hospitality company who will provide a wide range of catering and function services across the required location/s. Service delivery will be required to be of high quality; cost effective, reliable and efficient; and comply with Government Acts and regulations and Council's local laws and policies.
