Melbourne Recital Centre invites Expressions of Interest from experienced hospitality operators to deliver integrated food and beverage services across one of Australia's leading music and cultural destinations.
Presenting more than 500 concerts and events annually, Melbourne Recital Centre welcomes a diverse audience of music lovers, artists, donors, corporate clients and visitors. The Centre is entering an exciting new phase of growth, including the opening of the Peter and Ruth McMullin Beacon and continued investment across Melbourne's Arts Precinct.
The successful respondent will have the opportunity to deliver hospitality services across a diverse portfolio including café and restaurant operations, foyer bars, commercial event catering, internal events, stakeholder hospitality and catering services.
Melbourne Recital Centre is seeking a hospitality operator with a demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer experiences, innovation, collaboration and operational excellence. This Expression of Interest is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process. Respondents shortlisted through the EOI process will be invited to participate in the subsequent Request for Tender.
