Western Health intend to release a single-stage tender for works at Sunshine Hospital, 176 Furlong Road St Albans VIC 3021.
The project is to supply and install two 55kw DX CRAC units to the ground floor communications room at the Joan Kirner Women's and Children's building.
There is space avaliable with the current room layout although racks may need to be removed or relocated to allow the CRAC units to be installed. Existing securty control panels positioned on the wall would also need to be relocated. The units would need to be connected to remote condensers via refrigerant pipework. There is a location externally where external condesors could be located. Provision of power to the units will be provided by others.
The approximate date of release for this tender is 16/12/2020.
Delivery of the project is expected to be in January 2021.
