Deakin University formally invites qualified HVAC maintenance service providers to participate in this Request for Information (RFI) process. This market-engagement initiative seeks to capture comprehensive data regarding vendor technical capability, operational methodologies, reporting systems, performance-based delivery models, and resourcing capacity.

The insights and data compiled through this open process will play a critical role in benchmarking current industry standards, identifying best practices, and directly informing the strategic framework and structural development of a future formal procurement process.
