Tender Description
ONI intends to identify potential commercial partners with the capabilities, qualities, interest, and commitment to partner with the NIC to provide value for money TOP SECRET, scalable, private, community cloud services.
Further, this REOI is intended to:
- provide potential Respondents with relevant high-level information about the NIC’s requirements for cloud services in the TOP SECRET domain;
- seek information from the market about how potential Respondents would satisfy the NIC’s requirement for cloud services in the TOP SECRET domain;
- inform and assist the NIC’s understanding of and decision making regarding classified, scalable, private community clouds; and
- provide information to potential Respondents about establishing a partnership with the NIC to provide cloud services.
ONI has wherever possible sought to describe the requirements for this REOI in a way that allows Respondents the flexibility to address the requirements in their EOI in whatever way the Respondent considers most effective. Respondents are encouraged to suggest capabilities and concepts regarding the cloud environment that may not have been directly identified in this REOI. However, responses must comply with all requirements of this REOI, in particular requirements and guidance specified in EOI form/s.
