The new Fairfield Library will be a state-of-the-art facility with increased space that will appeal to our current library customers as well as new customers.
Fairfield City Council will be opening the library in early 2021 and is inviting Expressions of Interest for the operation of a cafe facility within the library located at 1-3 Hamilton Road, Fairfield.
The premises to be licensed will include a cafe facility and have access to shared library amenities, bathrooms, wi-fi services and indoor seating facilities. This premises will compliment and enhance customer experience while delivering a service to the community of Fairfield City.
Two non-mandatory site inspection sessions will be held on site between 10am-11am, Wednesday 16 December 2020 and 5pm-6pm, Wednesday 13 January 2021.
All potential respondents are strongly encouraged to attend the site inspection.
Applications will close 2.30pm, Wednesday 20 January 2021.
